I’m Caitlin. As a complex trauma survivor and experienced therapist, I know the painful impacts of trauma and I know the way out.

When the coping strategies that we’ve used to convince ourselves that we are okay stop working, this means that we are ready for change. Lasting change comes when we are able to shift out of survival mode into the felt sense of safety and connection. This doesn’t come through positive thinking, changing behavior, or adopting new mindsets. These things come afterward, as result of a healed nervous system.

There is nothing simple about what happened to you, how you survived it, how it shaped your life, or how you will overcome it. But thanks to the wayshowers over the past two decades, there is a proven pathway of mind-body modalities that work. And this combination of technique, therapeutic relationship, and the resilience of the human spirit create the opportunity for healing.
