Healing is possible.
I know the burden of invasive memories, the ache of abandonment, and the limited beliefs born out of shame. And I know the felt sense of freedom as you step into the power of your sacred purpose
Despite the traumas we’ve experienced in life, we were all born whole. We are all capable of creating lasting change. In order to do this, we first decide to open ourselves up to a process of becoming. This is never about becoming ‘better’ or ‘fixed’ or ‘doing more.’ It’s about a gradual uncovering of who you were before the world got its hands on you.
Sometimes referred to as the Self, or Inner Knowing, this is the authentic version of you that is unharmed, fully aware, and lives with ease and presence. Therapy with a trauma-competent clinician will help nurture your ability to tap into your unique Self Awareness, and deepen your capacity to experience the healing you’ve been chasing for a long time.
